Prefer email? Write to hello@real-coffee.co.uk with the subject “Delete my account”.
Fastest way
Open the app, go to the You tab and tap Delete my account - it happens instantly.
What’s removed
Your name, email, birthday, marketing choices and notification settings, and any unused vouchers.
What stays
Anonymised transaction records we’re required to keep for our books - stripped of anything that identifies you.
How long
Within 30 days of confirming your request, usually much sooner.
