We proudly source our coffee from Monmouth Coffee, one of London’s most respected roasters. Their expertly crafted espresso blend is at the heart of everything we serve, a rich, balanced combination of beans from Finca Bella Vista (Guatemala), Lo Mejor de Huila (Colombia), and Fazenda do Sertão (Brazil). Whether you’re ordering a flat white, an espresso, or a filter brew, you can expect exceptional flavour and quality in every cup.

We’re committed to supporting the town. That’s why we source our food, treats, and other supplies from a mix of local Bedford businesses, both small independents and established favourites. It’s our way of helping to strengthen the local economy and build lasting partnerships.
