Based in London and roasting since 1978, Monmouth is one of the UK’s most respected and pioneering independent roasters. Their commitment to exceptional sourcing, ethical relationships with growers, and careful roasting is second to none.

We use Monmouth’s signature espresso blend, a carefully balanced combination of beans from some of the world’s finest coffee-growing regions. The blend is built around three distinct origins:

• Finca Bella Vista (Guatemala) brings structure and depth,

• Lo Mejor de Huila (Colombia) adds vibrant acidity and fruitiness,

• Fazenda do Sertão (Brazil) rounds it off with smooth cocoa and nutty tones.

Together, these elements create a cup that is full-bodied, rich, and consistently delicious, whether it’s served as an espresso, flat white, cappuccino or filter.

Monmouth works directly with coffee producers and cooperatives, often visiting farms and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency. Their dedication to sustainability and fair practices ensures that every stage of the journey, from farm to cup, is handled with care and responsibility.
