We are looking for skilled, experienced baristas to join our growing team at Real Coffee.

This role involves working closely with our friendly, fast-paced team to deliver high-quality coffee and excellent customer service. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will include weekdays and weekends.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a barista or in a coffee shop (essential)

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment

• A passion for coffee and customer service

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
